Every once in a while, I go thought the Best of Craigslist articles, looking for a few laughs, or some wise words. Every so often, I run into a piece that is deeply inspirational.
This is one such piece.
The deep adversity this man faced combined with the sheer courage with which he faced it and with which he revealed such a deeply personal vulnerability tears me up. It certainly give me hope for this country and the people who live in it.
And it makes me ashamed, ashamed that I don't have the courage and strength to be more open and honest about my vulnerabilities with those I care about.
